Individualized, one-on-one coaching focused on real private-equity decision-making.

Private Coaching is the one-on-one version of the Deal Screening & Execution Lab, designed for participants who want the same rigor, curriculum, and applied exposure — delivered privately and tailored to their pace and goals.

This program is designed for individuals who want to move beyond self-paced learning and engage in direct, structured discussion around how lower-middle-market deals are actually evaluated.

Session focus includes:

• Deal screening frameworks
• Investment memo walkthroughs and critiques
• Risk and downside analysis
• Valuation judgment (not spreadsheet mechanics)
• Structured discussion and live critique

The emphasis is on how to think, not memorization. 

Additional 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions (Private Coaching Only):

In addition to the weekly coaching sessions, Private Coaching participants receive:

• Three (3) additional one-on-one coaching calls
• 30 minutes each
• Conducted via Zoom or phone
• Scheduled flexibly during or shortly after the program
